Services for youth aged 12 to 17 aim to provide a safe space to discuss various topics related to parental separation and blended families.
If you are between 12 and 13 years old, you too can benefit from individual support with a counselor. This service is here to help you better understand what you are experiencing, express what you feel, and feel better in your daily life.
To start the process, we need your responsible adult (parent or guardian) to register you online. They will also need to sign a consent form so that you can access personalized support with our team.
If you don’t feel comfortable talking to your responsible adult, you can also fill out the form for youth aged 14 and over. In this case, a member of our team will still need to contact your responsible adult(s) to obtain their authorization.
*The law on consent to care requires that a youth under the age of 14 obtain permission from an adult to begin follow-up. To learn more: Article 14 – Civil Code of Quebec
